Following our recent PCC Meeting held on 2nd February 2021, we’d like to communicate some safeguarding updates as follows:
The Church of England is carrying out it’s second Past Case Review and offers support to anyone who needs to come forward with information, concerns or disclosures relating to current or historic church related safeguarding incidents or abuse. Please contact the following:

- the independent helpline, NSPCC 0800802020.
The Church of England also offers online safeguarding training for those who work / volunteer within our church and church groups. This training is also available for any members of congregations who would like to have more awareness around safeguarding within the church context. If anyone would like more information, would like the guidance on how to complete either the Basic or Foundation courses or feel their training needs renewing, please do not hesitate to contact Chris Grocott 07788554432.
