The _atuvc cookie is created ad read by the AddThis Sharing Javascipt in order to make sure the user sees the updated count if they share a page and return to it before the AddThis share count cache is updated.  No data from that cookie is sent back to AddThis and removing it when disabling cookies would cause unexpected behaviour for users.

  • Social Media Buttons

We also have links and/or plugins to our social media channels, which allow you to connect with your social media network in various ways.  The Social Media sites currently include Facebook, and for these to work these sites will set Cookies through our site, which may be used to enhance your profile on their site or contribute to the data they hold for various purposes as outlined in their respective privacy policies.

We are currently reviewing which Email Marketing platform we will use and will update this page with relevant information in due course
