Here in the Parish of Ockbrook and Borrowash, we take protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults very seriously and believe it is the responsibility of us all to protect them, whether they are in the communities in which we live or part of our Christian family.
If you have a concern about a child, young person or adult who may be at risk of harm please speak to our parish safeguarding coordinator – details below or to our vicar within the parish – details below.
If you are unable to contact either of them please contact the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, Hannah Hogg (01332 388678). You can also report any concerns to the Police or Social Care. The important thing is that your concerns are shared with someone in a position to help.
We adhere to the Diocesan Safeguarding Policy, which can be accessed by clicking the button below where you will find the policy and other appropriate information
